Hi Ali,

No Sami will not be able to keep her promise to Rafe because Sami started by lying to Rafe about her romp w/EJ! I'm so disappointed with the development of this s/l with Safe and Carrie. It's so unnecessary and has torn what was a beautiful, loving and supportive supercouple for Days into one of deception, lust, and unfaithfulness.

I can't believe what they've done to both of these characters.  We fans were promised romance, family loyalty, adventures and so far it's just the opposite for Sami and Rafe.  After everything they've been through together only to have it destroyed like this? Rafe would never lust after his SIL, that's outrageous!!  EJ yes, Rafe absolutely NOT! 

Sorry Ali, but we're not buying this crappy s/l.   

I can't wait till Sami and Rafe are over.  Of all the people Sami has been paired with I have liked her pairing with Rafe the least (boring).  3 years of them as a couple is way to long and I really want Sami Brady back with some minor adjustments.

First of all, Sami changed so much when she got involved with Rafe.  It seemed like a good change at first, but the longer they were together, the more Sami's character changed - for the worst.

Ali, I think you are a great actress and you're one of my favorites on this show, but for three years I didn't reconize Sami at all.  I was to the point I could care less if Safe was ever on the show because, well, sorry to say, they were completely boring to watch.  In real life, yes, Rafe is the guy, but who really watches Soaps for that?

The whole reason Ejami worked was because their character brings the drama to a whole other level.  The chemistry it's self is remarkable and unique.  They are fun to watch, and the looks they gave each other were to die for.  For now, I'm enjoying the s/l with both of you, and still hoping the writers won't disappoint their Ejami fans.  It looks like they are at least trying. 

As far as too Rafe- I'm not understanding why people think Rafe's is out of character, when in fact, him acting like this makes him more humanized than looking like a robot set on bore-mode.  Sorry, I like Galen, but he's like Lucas and Austin, they are always trying to change Sami, a girl that can't and shouldn't be contained.  

Looking forward to Lucas coming in but hoping he's the one that makes Sami realize she is and always will have Ej in her blood.  Hehehehe...that was fun! 

Agree - It's odd to see the character of Rafe going for Carrie.  I wish the writers would have made it more conflicted for him, like he felt horrible for having feelings.  It seems too easy and out of character for him to just go for Carrie.

But on that note, I don't really care.  I have been wanting Sami and EJ together for-freaking-ever.  So Rafe can take whoever he wants.  lol.

I think it is a shame what they are doing to Rafe and Sami! I would hope that the writers would "Change" Sami for the better.

I wish they would focus on Sami bringing down EJ. Sami is clever. It would be nice to see Will turn to his mom. Will should tell Rafe about EJ blackmailing him. I know that Rafe will find out about the night Sami and Rafe had sex but let the writers show how couples can ouver come this actions anf be stronger!

The writers are dragging this out!

I was pleased to see Sami grow up. I don't like the storyline with Carrie and Rafe. Carrie is no angel, I've never liked her character. I've been watching since the 70's. She and Rafe sit around laughing and playing, but Carrie is so busy she can't go home...um I mean hotel, she needs to buy a house! While she downs her sister she should remember that it was her Mother that helped EJ kidnap Sami's daughter. Rafe lost his job for crossing the line to help John and Carrie, so he is no saint either. I don't like how the writers are trying to make Sami look selfcentered. The scene with Sami & EJ had nothing to do with sex, her Mother for once explained it well to Will. I personally like Sami with Lucas, real passion there! I also hope Sami and Kate develops a real relationship. I think Madison was using Sami, I don't like her character.

I am so upset with how this storyline has been written. My two favorite characters have been ruined to fit the plot. Everything that made Sami and Rafe special separately, and as a couple has been destroyed. They have been tested, they have had nothing but angst since they met, and still persevered with their character intact. Now I don't recognize them. Sami reverted back to a teen. I thought her working would bring back her spunk but not make her a child. Her cheating is so out of character and now Rafe lusting after Carrie is ruining his character. There was no buildup to explain it.

I understand breakups, they are a part of soaps, but the story should at least make sense and the characters stay true to themselves.

I have to agree that I don't like where Will is going. Him becoming evil is taking away from his coming out storyline.

Way too many characters have been written so differently, it's hard to like most of them right now. And it's hard to root for couples when they will soon split.
