adrian needs to watch his mouth and let conda hang herself with her bad attude.
Hi everyone!
What did you all think about last night's Biggest Loser?
For my full analysis of the episode, check out my blog on People.com.
I’m proud of Adrian and Daphne, the brother and sister of the Aqua team, for losing 50 pounds at home to earn a spot back on the ranch!
Were you surprised by the remaining contestants' reactions to their return?

Soo happy for the Purple team!! They obviously want to be there!
Ali, I wish you would pull a "Sammy" and smarten Conda up. She is wrecking BL for me and I LOVE BL !!! I wish everyone would be more supportive. Losing weight is HARD! We all need positive support!
Like many others, I am also disappointed in this season. The first several weeks it was the Bob vs. Dolvett show where Bob's constant eye rolling and complaining about Dolvett were getting quite old. Now it's Conda and Kim. I agree with Sean (first post) that I was supportive of Adrian right up until he opened his mouth in the elimination room. There was no need for that. Sadly it seems he should take some advice from his sister and the others who are giving it. Of course the two of them (aqua team) were safe from elimination last night so it was only natural for them to try to play the game. Unfortunately it hurt their respective teams and honestly, they knew they had something to prove to everyone in the house and should have put their best foot forward.
All in all, I am not enjoying this season very much at all. I still watch because I think I'll pick up a useful tip here or there, but I find myself FF through much of the episode. Last week's one hour show was perfect! It's funny because several seasons ago there were some very polarizing people on the ranch and I thought for sure it would never get worse than that... but this season it has.. and the fact that the trainers are contributing to the drama makes it even worse.
I agree very much with LisaM and the rest of the comments. I am SO dissapointed with this season....especially compared to last season and how great they all were. I really hope to see a change QUICK because I'm not sure I want to continue watching all that petty drama.
Conda has got to go, she drives me crazy. She has a big mouth & won't shut up ! The Aqua team has a right to be there, they worked hard for it.
I do find it hard to watch some weeks because of Conda. Most times now I just tape it & then fast forward parts that has her talking her mouth off.
Goog Evening Ali,
This week in Biggest Loser country was a bag full of emotions!
First, I think if anyone wins their way back onto the ranch deserves to be there as if they never left.
Second, the attitude that the aqua team has was uncalled for. They should have come in and gotten a feel for the house. They should have given the senior house members a chance to get to know them as people.
Third, The Red Team is on the brinks of division. It seems that they are acting like little kids. It is like if your kids are afraid that someone is going to get something and the other one isn't or the other one getting more!
The Red Team needs to grow up and realize that they are a team and they have to work together, Let's face it if they continue the way they are going they will hand wins right and left to The Black Team!!
Finally, Here you have a group of people who live off of excuses in order to make it through their days. I feel the trainers are too soft on them.
I want everyone to lose weight and get healthy but how healthy can one get if you are still fighting and making excuses?
Thanks Ali,
Michelle
personally, I think conda is being racist, she's always bad-outhing the aqua team and doesn't want to be around them.
I only have one comment....where did you get that blue dress?? I need that dress!!
Hi everyone!

Hi everyone,
On Sunday night I went to NBCUniversal’s 69th Annual Golden Globes After Party and had so much fun. Of course seeing who wins the awards is exciting, but I must admit that one of the highlights of the evening for me is checking out the incredible fashion. In person the gowns are drop-dead gorgeous! Did you watch the Globes? Who was your pick for best dressed?

p.s. Tune in to The Biggest Loser tonight to see how the contestants deal with temptation...and to catch a seriously surprising decision!
Hi everyone,
Last Friday night, after a long work week that included a very dirty BL challenge, I got gussied up for a big NBC event. Kristian Alfonso (@KJAlfonso) and I had a blast at the NBC party this past weekend. It’s always fun to see her outside of work! Check out this little video that we made for all of you:
I also got to hang out with a few of my other co-workers. (Don't be jealous.)

But the best part of last weekend was Saturday morning, when I stayed home and made breakfast with my kids. Can't beat that! What's your favorite part of the weekend?

I've heard from so many people that watching BL inspires them to exercise, not just in general but also while actually watching the show. They might hop on the treadmill, or do crunches and pushups, or jump rope during commercials. Love that! Have you ever exercised during a BL episode? What did you do?

Hi everyone,
At the start of a new year, I love the idea of taking stock of your goals for the next 12 months (and beyond). And it's great to make a list of the healthy things you plan to do...but so often, despite the best of intentions, life gets in the way and we find ourselves falling back into the same old ruts.
This year, I encourage you not to let that happen! Because it is up to you, and only you! This week I had a long work day with many hours of shooting both Days and Biggest Loser. I didn't really think I had time for a workout, but then I realized: It was up to me to make time for a workout! So I squeezed in a 5-mile run between my time on the Days set and the BL ranch. It would have been easier to skip it, but I felt so much better, physically and mentally, after I did it. And I also felt like I was being true to my intentions for the year, one of which is to train for a marathon.
Have you felt yourself getting off track with any of your goals for 2012? What are you going to do to get back to where you want to be?

Hi everyone!
Happy 2012! It's the first Tuesday in January, and that means it's time for a new season of The Biggest Loser. The twists in the first episode determine the path for the entire season, so be sure to not miss a minute!

Hi everyone,
The party we had last week after the finale of The Biggest Loser was such a blast! One of my favorite parts of these celebrations is catching up with contestants from past seasons. I just had to share this photo of Season 8 finalist Amanda Arlauskas and me. I love it. Doesn't she look amazing?! She is an inspiration!
What are your tricks for keeping weight off once you lose it?

Hi everyone,
Sometimes when you're a parent you have to divide and conquer...so last night while I was at work filming season 13 of The Biggest Loser Dave took Ben and Megan to Disney On Ice. I was really bummed that I couldn't be there (I think most working moms can relate to that feeling!), but of course I didn't want them to miss it! And they had a ball.
What fun and festive activities are you doing with your kids this month?
