At The Kings Game!

I always try to go out before I go out. This way hopefully I'm not so temted by all the junk. I'll also put carrot sticks or something like that in a baggie in my purse.

Make sure you get your all of nutrition befOre you get in there.

Bring a healthy item or two in to the game.

Live a little.

I must have eaten 3000 calories watching the Cards at home last night.

We'll be talking about that game for 100 years.

^ A fellow Cards fan!  Cheers!   Speaking of them, Busch Stadium allows you to bring in your own food.  I can pack fruit, almonds, or even run through subway on the way to the stadium.

I always pack some  snacks in a zip lock bag if i am uncertain of the food that i will find. This has become routine for me having a son with extreme allergies you have to be prepared. Those zip lock and tiny plastic containers are great at storing snacks so that they don't get squashed.

Glad to say thoughthat their is an increaing amount of  healthy food options more readliy accessible here where I live. So whist the junk is still present a healthier alternative is also available.
