i have a healthy choice, i cut up apples maybe 1 but cinnamon on it pkg artificial sweetner on it and some rolled oats on top and bake it in the microwave for  aoubt 1 minute and it tastes like apple crisp made in 1 minute i usually make this for myself .. but if you want to make for few people add more apples etc.  enjoy

I know when I have large family dinners, everyone is looking for the chocolate dessert.  I have found and easy , low fat, low cal way of not disappointing them...Place graham cracker crumbs in 13x9 pan. Just on the bottom is fine.  This takes about 4 boxes of the chocolate Jello pudding that you cook.  Cook as directed for pies, using low fat milk.  After the pudding thickens, pour it over the graham cracker crumbs.  Let it set til cool, then cover the top with sugar free low fat cool whip.  The people in my family who are NOT watching their weight, love this...enjoy!!
