I just downloaded The Mommy Diet on my kindle! I a few chapters in, really enjoying it! As a mother of 4 I need motivation!

Well I am almost finished was up half the night and I really love this book. It is so simple and feels like you are having a talk with your best friend. I am loving all the tips!

I am a first time mom---my daughter is seven months old and although I have lost the baby weight and I love my life as a mom (so in love with my daughter), I also feel that I have lost a part of myself......is there any part of the book that talks about how to get back to feeling like you again?  I don't do much for myself and that is probably the answer, but when do you have time?  I hope the book has some much needed strategies!!

I just got The Mommy Diet today, and so far I am loving it! I have a 9 month old son, and have yet to lose all of my baby weight. I hope that this "diet" (more like lifestyle change) will be the kick in the pants that I need!

I just got the book yesterday and I'm already enjoying it! I'm not pregnant yet, but I want to make sure I'm doing this right. I'm starting by changing my eating habits and workout lifestyle and hopefully I'll be ready in a couple months!
