Very impressive push-up form! My upper body is so weak, but I'm working on it. I'm currently doing the 100 push up challenge, the 200 sit up challenge & the 200 squat challenge. To start, I'm doing the push-ups from my knees, but once I complete that I'm hopeful that I'm strong enough to redo the challenge using full form.

Good stuff!  I've done and enjoyed kickboxing in the past but, for over 2 and a half years I've been addicted to Crossfit.  It's the best program I've ever done and has given me the best results.  Congrats on all your AWESOME successes! :o)

You are great at the kickboxing. I'll have to remember to try and stay on your good side.

You are awesome! You are inspiring me so much! I have a very weak upper body and I have to say that I even did Jillians 30 day shred and it didn't help me lose weight or tone up. I was even eating right! Very Frustrated and gave up. I am starting new today after watching you!

Wow, I am impressed by your workouts. Now I think I need to up my workouts. I think I'll have to get my hubby invovled to play the part of your trainer with the mitts. That would be fun. I usually do my workouts indoors and from videos, but I do always switch them up so I don't get used to it and keep my body guessing what is going on. Thanks for the videos.

i've done kickboxing for about 5 years and there is no other work out like it, especially if you bring the intesity! it doesn't hurt that it makes you feel pretty tough too smiley-smile.gif

I am so blown away by your pushups!! What a goal for me to set for myself!

I have been doing zumba with a local instructor in my hometown.  I have lost 24 pounds so far!  I love it ..  It is very addicting and it doesn't even feel like exercising!!

Great form and super workout!!  Love these "touts".  Thanks for sharing:) Judy

Kickboxing?  Sorry, no.

We use concepts such as periodization, equipment such as heart rate monitors, and non-weight-bearing exercises like swimming, cycling or rowing; to attain goals such as balance, energy and peak fitness for key competitons.

I don't know why your trainer has you doing that stuff but, I'm pretty sure it's not a very effective use of your energy or time.

The Cyclcists Training Bible by Joel Freil has very good info which can translate and be applied to almost any fitness routine.

Cheers,

I did kickboxing back when I was in high school and enjoyed it.  One of my favorite workouts that I recently was doing was zumba.  But, my  trial membership at the gym ran out and I haven't renewed.  So, I am thinking about purchasing the dvd's and keeping up with it at home.

loved these videos Ali! very inspiring!

I would love to the kickboxing thing!

Ari better watch out next time there is a Sami/Nicole fight you might pull one of your kickboxing moves.. lol
