The Biggest Loser After Party

I'd look good to if I could afford a personal trainer...

Amanda does look great and good for her!  Many of the contestants continue their journeys long after leaving the show which we don't get to see. smiley-frown.gif  I always enjoy the reunion shows and seeing how they have done along with the progress they've made since the show.

I've also enjoyed the many workout videos that come from The Biggest Loser show/trainers.  They are wonderful tools for those of us who don't have the time to visit a gym or have access to a personal trainer.  It doesn't get much easier then that...just pop in the video and do your best for the 30-60 minute exercise routine.  I've seen great results and I'm sure others using the DVDs have too.  smiley-smile.gif

Right now?  By remembering how hard it was to get it off to begin with! :D

Seriously, though, I'm just trying to really learn my body.  What kinds of foods don't work for me, what kinds of exercise it responds to the best, that kind of thing.

I am trying to keep exercising interesting by mixing it up.  Sometimes I walk on the treadmill, sometimes I ride the stationary bike, sometimes I pop in a dance dvd.  I'm just starting to try the kettlebell program.

And most of all, I'm trying to just commit to doing it.   I love a quote I read by Dolvett recently:

"If you haven't exercised today, you haven't taken care of yourself."

I'm the same as kelquishe, i just keep in mind how hard ive been working to keep the weight off. i have been working so hard everyday since november with running on the treadmill, lifting weights and ab workouts that im starting to feel amazing. My little sister and her friend just made a batch of ginger cookies and when i saw them i was soo tempted to have one, but one will lead to 2 then 3 and so on, a picture poped in my head from my childhood, i wasnt happy with my weight back than because of all the sweets i would eat. I havent had any sweets since november and im not going to break that trend.  im afraid if i do just have one, i wont stop eating, so when i saw them sitting on the counter i told myself no and walked away. Its going to be hard when we have christmas with my moms family because when we get together with them they bring everything, you name it they bring it, so thats alittle scary for me.
