I like to do the Plank

I'm sometimes do sit ups, or use my kids as weight while I'm watching the biggest loser. 

Or lunges.

I will jump rope during commercials.

Thanks for inviting us to share our fitness ideas! 

Other than bouncing, I often do a step routine involving running movements, but, isolating each move to eliminate jarring of knees, hips, back, etc. 

Each move is also exaggerated, so it involves full range of motion; and, repeated, so as to cause a rise in heart rate and muscle exertion. 

Blend sets of side kicks, body-weight squats and lunges in between the easy moves. 

Unless you're training for a sweat contest, wear anatomically supportive clothing and use a fan for evaporative cooling!

first time in a month that I have not had a cast and was good getting on my stepper again 

I also have foot excersises that I do to gain strength now that I do not wear a cast
