wanting to be healthy

I have been overweight for most of my life. I have tried so many time to loose weight, one time i even had lost 50 pound and was only needed to lose 20 to get to my normal weight. I then met my fiance and gained it all back and more. I now have a goal set to lose weight and to be healthy.I want to be around for my child, she is a year old and i don't want her growing up in life with a mom who is overweight and not healthy. I set goals and am going to stick to it.. wish me luck!

It's all about lifestyle change. Nothing says you have to give up your favorite foods, just learn moderation and how to eat healthier and exercise 10-20 mins. a day. I have tried to lose weight, but wasn't able to just like you. I am 215lbs. and wear a size 40DDD bra. I have found something that seems to be working for me finally and I don't have to give everything up but need to eat healthier. I know it is not very easy to stuck to diet for long time when you are foodyyy. Its Always advisable to not to give up your favourate food but eat in moderate quentity.......
