I'm a chef and I love going to and teaching cooking classes.  I used to teach cooking at Sur la Table and I loved it!  I also have a food blog on facebook.  Basically I take pics and post the recipes of what I have cooked recently.  It's a lot of fun and people seem to like it.  I love getting requests!  If anyone needs a recipe, holla!  haha.  and i like your idea about the 5 minute risotto.  some of my best recipes were invented on the fly!

Ali, You will need to come to Michigan and visit Troy.  I would LOVE to meet you in person.  It's funny how Sami haven't cooked since the last time she burned the food.. LOL!!!!! Keep up the good work.
